FIRST STEPS FOOTBALL FOUNDATION
Our tailored foundation programme at Vinters FC, provides young players from Year R to Year 2 with a safe, fun and professional learning environment, to develop their football skills and self-confidence, before taking their next step, with our streaming programme, into Vinters FC League Teams. Our programme includes:

Small-Group, differentiated weekly term-time sessions on Saturday mornings from 8.30am-9.30am.

A specialist UEFA B lead development coach, with over 20 years experience developing young first-stage players.

A full kit included on your enrolment fee, in Vinters FC Club Colours.

3G flood-lit training facilities at Vinters FC home ground.

A staged development programme with milestone achievements, special celebration events and a dedicated end of season graduation and awards ceremony.
RBFD PRIMARY PROGRAMME
Our well-established and highly successful player development programme provides players of all abilities and experience levels, with tailored, differentiated, small-group professional development, to enhance their individual tactical and technical development, whilst providing fun and safe sessions that nurture the social and psychological element of football development. The programme is accessible to all beginner players taking their first steps at a later stage in their childhood, and to current grassroots players seeking to enhance their practice, at all levels of experience, from Year 3-Year 7.

RBFD SQUAD
Our Squad Development programme provides established and experienced players with a professionally run, intensive training programme, specifically designed to develop all four corners for each player. The programme includes:

Small-group, differentiated weekly term-time sessions on Saturday afternoons between 12.30pm and 1.30pm to work around your team match day and training commitments.

A specialist UEFA B lead development coach, with over 20 years experience developing players seeking semi-professional and professional player status.

A staged development programme that is personalised with player profile, termly review, and optional match day profiling and assessment for Vinters FC players.
