It's been a great week for aggressive attacking play and quick reactions at Dagenham Development this week, with all groups enhancing their ability to make quick decisions on the pitch. In the primary group Mohammed worked hard in his drills and made really good decisions on the ball going forward, earning himself a POD award. In the ladies group Rusne put in optimum effort, showing good composure and work ethic during an intense training session, earning herself a POD award for her group, and Theo stood out as coaches' choice for POD in the Advance group, demonstrating bravery on the ball and courage in facing opposition.

Over the weekend, we've had similar success at the Maidstone Campus. Coaches were focused on 2v2 attacking play in all groups, focusing on quick reaction whilst defending and attacking. Charlie scooped the POD in foundation group for his amazing effort and focus throughout session. In Group 2, Lennon impressed with his composure on the ball. Coaches also noted his great decision making throughout. In Group 3, Shaun's quality on the ball and work-rate going forward stood out, with a positive attitude that provided great team support on the pitch. In Group 4 Grayson was outstanding for his aggressive play and resilience, demonstrating great character on the pitch and modelling what it means to be mentally and physically tough. And finally, in Group 5 Branislav and James took the POD awards for their consistency and discipline in both their attacking and defensive play.

Well done to everyone for all their hard work this week. Coaches are already busy planning next week's sessions and look forward to seeing you pitch side.
