RBFD Dagenham Girls Squad POD Shoutout!

It was a small-group intensive at Dagenham on Friday, with some 2-v-1 technical development for the girls. A big shoutout to our POD for her stand-out performance.

The girls worked on defensive reactions and applying pressure. Our POD was granted her award for always being switched on and applying pressure off the ball- work ethic is key!
